Which scarf do you recommend?

Our best seller is the beige scarf. Other colour scarves have a colour wash over the top which may obscure some of the photos. If quality of photo is important to you we’d recommend choosing the beige scarf.

Once I place my order how do I send photos to you?

Once your order is received we’ll send you an email with suggested ways to share photos – we highly recommend dropbox, wetransfer and photostream (Apple devices).

How can I pay?

We only accept payment through PayPal. You don’t need an account and it’s a totally secure payment method.

Can the scarfs be washed?

The scarfs are made from 100% polyester chiffon.

      • They are machine washable at 30 degrees.
      • Drip dry don’t tumble or dry clean.
      • Iron on a cool setting.

I love the scarf but I’d like the photos to be bigger?

How often will you launch new designs for the scarfs?

We’re always working in the background on new styles and designs for the scarfs – sign up to our newsletter to get the latest news on new designs as they launch. Why does it take so long to make the scarfs?

We’re a small business and each order is dealt with personally. Your scarf will be personally designed before being printed and hemmed and sent to you – this does take time in order to ensure we deliver a great quality product to you. How will the scarf be delivered?

We have carefully designed the scarf packaging in order that it fits a standard letterbox therefore you don’t need to wait in for a courier. The scarf will be wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a see through polythene bag and delivered in a white postal box – there may be some subtle MyStory Gift branding on the box.

Is gift wrapping available

Not at this time however we may look to introduce this in the future.

Can I return the scarf for a refund?

Because your scarf has been personally designed for you in most cases a refund cannot be given. Please refer to the full return policy.

Can I call you?

We are a small business which is run around the demands of our twin daughters therefore it’s not always possible to answer the phone.
