Which scarf do you recommend?
Our best seller is the beige scarf. Other colour scarves have a colour wash over the top which may obscure some of the photos. If quality of photo is important to you we’d recommend choosing the beige scarf.
How many photos should I send you?
We recommend between 10 and 100 photos. Squares ones are ideal but it’s no problem if your photos aren’t square because we’ll edit them into squares before we make the scarf. Close up photos of people are the best type of photo to create the scarf – old photos which are not good quality or group photos from a distance will not print clearly and will not be identifiable once printed on chiffon.
Once I place my order how do I send photos to you?
Once your order is received we’ll respond with an order confirmation which at the bottom will detail how to send us your photos - we recommend WeTransfer.com
What happens to my pictures?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Once we have downloaded your pictures, they will be held safely on our secure server. 30 days after your scarf has been despatched they will be permanetly deleted from our systems.
How can I pay?
We only accept payment through PayPal. You don’t need an account and it’s a totally secure payment method.
Can the scarfs be washed?
The scarfs are made from 100% polyester chiffon.
- They are machine washable at 30 degrees.
- Drip dry don’t tumble or dry clean.
- Iron on a cool setting.
I love the scarf how clear will the photo be?

Why does it take so long to make the scarfs?
How will the scarf be delivered?
We have carefully designed the scarf packaging in order that it fits a standard letterbox therefore you don’t need to wait in for a courier. The scarf will be wrapped in tissue paper, and delivered in a postal box – there may be some subtle MyStory Gift branding on the box.

Because your scarf has been personally designed for you in most cases a refund cannot be given. Please refer to the full return policy.

We are a small business which is run around the demands of our twin daughters therefore it’s not always possible to answer the phone.
